Parallel

Parallel is a disability lifestyle brand that operates as a social enterprise. Our social mission is ‘to support D/deaf, disabled and neurodiverse communities to be free to live life to the full in mainstream society through a
no limits living lifestyle.


We run several events and campaigns throughout the year: notably our flagship Parallel Windsor, one of the largest celebrations of disability lifestyle in the UK and the national mass participation campaign, Purple
Sock Day.

 

Our connection with ParaPride stems from our longstanding allyship to the LGBTQ+ community, which includes our sister brand, innovision, being the production partner for Pride in London for 2 years. For many years
ParaPride and Parallel have been working together and sharing our networks for the benefit of the disabled communities we collectively serve.

 

We champion intersectionality, passionately support ParaPride’s values of ‘Pride in Everybody’ and consider the LGBTQ+ community to be part of our Parallel family.
