Jake Hobson

My name is Jake and my professional expertise is in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) at global organisations such as Meta, CBRE and EY, and I have a deep commitment to advocating for inclusivity within the LGBTQ+ and disabled communities. I joined ParaPride's Board of Trustees in October 2024.
 

Through my background in leadership and strategy, I have demonstrated success in driving impactful initiatives in various sectors. My passion aligns with ParaPride’s mission to enhance visibility and accessibility for LGBTQ+ disabled individuals, fostering environments where everyone can celebrate their identity without barriers.

 

I am dedicated to leveraging my skills to support ParaPride's vision of inclusivity, empowerment, and education.
